Support after handover
The process does not end when you receive the keys. We handle your enquiries, provide contact with our after-sales team and offer support throughout the statutory liability and warranty periods.
Purchase security backed by law
When you buy a home in our development, you benefit from the protection provided by the Polish Developer Act. This means your payments are protected through a housing escrow account and the Developer Guarantee Fund.
